1. Use of the Service

InboundRadar provides website analytics, B2B identity resolution, and related workflow tools that help revenue teams understand company-level engagement on their websites. By accessing or using InboundRadar, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the activity that occurs under your account, and the way your team configures tracking pixels, integrations, alerts, and exported data.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You must maintain appropriate notices, consent flows, and internal policies for your use of tracking pixels and analytics technology. You are responsible for determining whether your use of InboundRadar complies with applicable privacy, marketing, and data protection laws in the regions where you operate.

You may not use InboundRadar to collect sensitive personal information, attempt to identify individuals where prohibited, or enrich data for unlawful discrimination, surveillance, or abusive outreach.

3. Platform Access and Data

InboundRadar may process website visit events, account-level signals, firmographic data, CRM fields, and integration metadata to operate the platform. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed to maintain security, reliability, or product quality.

You retain ownership of your customer data. InboundRadar retains ownership of the platform, software, documentation, analytics models, and aggregated or de-identified usage insights generated from operation of the service.

4. Subscriptions and Acceptable Use

Paid plans, trials, usage limits, and renewal terms are described at purchase or in your order form. You agree not to interfere with the service, reverse engineer platform components, bypass usage limits, or resell InboundRadar without written permission.

If you purchase InboundRadar through an order form or separate written agreement, that agreement may include additional terms governing fees, usage commitments, support, and renewal periods.
